I printed off this sheet onto good quality card and cut out all the elements. I mounted the base card onto a matching blue square card and decoupaged the polar bear using pinflair glue. I added the sentiment and finished off the card with silver peeloff stars.
A lovely easy card to make and I'm very pleased with the result.
