This is the perfect card for a friend with a sense of humour - be they turning 21, 40 or 100.
I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces.
To keep height to a minimum for mailing I flat stuck every 2nd layer after going around the edges with a toning ink pad - this gives the illusion of all the layers being raised.
I used 1mm foam between the remaining layers. I added the greetings on 2mm foam and finished by going around the edges of my base card with the toning ink pad.
