I printed onto smooth white card,then cut out,having matted a blank card with peach pearl crinkle paper,I added a mat of blue pearl card to the base design and added I then built the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by adding a get well sentiment,They do say its relaxing watching tropical fish,A very effective design suitable for many oaccsions.
