Using a pale blue backing sheet, I carefully cut out all elements before layering them with foam pads and attaching to the top half of the card front.

I attached the 2 small items also using foam pads.

Using a fine glue pen I outlinend the dolphins and sprinkled silver glitter dust. Finishing off with silver peel off corners, edges and tiny dolphins.
