I PRINTED THE DECOUPAGE ON WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND LAYERED IT WITH STICKY PADS. I CUT A PIECE OF CARD STOCK TO FIT THIS ART WORK. I GLUED A YELLOW BACKGROUND TO THAT. I MADE A PUNCH BORDER AND GLUED THAT TO THE ART WORK.
I GLUED IT ALL ONTO THE YELLOW BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED PAPER FLOWERS TO EACH CORNER.
