New Year - New Hat! from the Spring SeriesCompleted by Barbara Hiebert
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / New Year
I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto card stock, that I folded to complete the card.
I used the blank tag, and printed a happy birthday, for my sentiment.
This is a quick and easy card top to do.
This is such a cute dog.

A New Year is just the right opportunity to splash out on a new hat! (In this case a new scarf to match, too.)
