Beautiful Black and White Cow Scalloped TopperCompleted by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto good quality card and all layers cut out and decoupaged using 3d foam pads. The topper was then attached to a 6x6 square card to make an easel card.

Glitter was added to the white flowers and the bees' wings then paper and fabric flowers were added to complete the card.

Lovely for many occasions.
