What a gorgeous sheet!! and quick to make. I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with gold peel off borders and corners.
The card can be finished with any caption as needed.

I printed the image on to satin photo paper. I covered an A5 card with a brown distressed look backing paper using double side tape. I attached the main image to the card using double sided tape. I did not use the decoupage images.
