I printed this sheet out and mounted the base image onto two pieces of mirror card, each slightly larger. I stuck ribbon onto two pieces of mirror card for the side and again for the bottom. I mounted these onto a 15cm x 15cm card blank.
I laid out the pieces to see where they went, then stuck them down with 2mm foam pads.
