With this design i printed this out on photographic paper, to give it a sheen, i then placed a light gold backing on my card, and placed the card front in the middle, i finished off the pyramid, using 2mm pads, to give it some height, finished off by placing a gold border all around the outside edge of the card, and then placed the happy birthday and special friend sentiments at the top and bottom of the card.
