Blue Frosty Fred Spring Card 1Completed by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted it to a firm card ,then cut around it,scored on the lines and folded using a bone folder to give a good crease, then build up the spring card, added some crystal glitter.
