Printed on cardstock and cut out the card base, one of the ovals and ribbon. I folded and glued in place as directed. I then attached the oval using silicon glue. I bent the ribbon at the pearl center and curved the ribbon.

Then I used a dot of silicone glue to attach it at the top of the oval.
