I cut the Front of the card and the wheel out. I then mounted the wheet onto a piece of heavier card so that it turned easier. I cut the base card a little large than the front and used a brad to attache the wheel to the centre of the card. I then lined the front of the card up over the wheel using foam pads. Be sure however that the foam pads do not hinder the movement of the wheel.

I then added the star as decoupage and added the Christmas sentiment which was mounted on the same coulour card as the wheel to tie it all in.
