Another of my animated moveable decoupage designs. This is very easy to do and really cute when made up.
Simply rotate the bears ribbon clockwise and watch his right arm rise to reveal a bouquet of flowers from behind him. Only requires 1 brad to create the mechanism. Full instructions on the sheet.
