Print onto good quality card. Using a craft knife cut along the horizontal line under the top middle 3 rectangles/squares and above the middle 3 large squares. Do the same under the 3 large squares. Fold the card as indicated by the arrows, remembering to

I cut the image out. I then coloured in parts of the Jukebox and the records with an 'atyou Spica' clear twinkle pen. I added a silver 'Happy Birthday' peel off to complete the card.
