Print onto good quality card. Using a craft knife cut along the horizontal line under the top middle 3 rectangles/squares and above the middle 3 large circles. Do the same under the 3 large circles. Fold the card as indicated by the arrows, remembering to fold the middle circles in the opposite direction to the top and bottom.
Three images of a girl doing her exercises. There are full instructions on the sheet. There is a text panel for your own greeting.

The image was printed out onto 230grm glossy photo card. Simply cut out and followed fold instructions. The area for a greeting has been left blank for when the card's use is known. A very easy card to do and yet very impressive.
