A very cute teddy bear dressed in her pink ballerina outfit. This is a folded pop out card and is very easy to make. Just cut out and fold. Print onto good quality card. Instructions for folding are on the sheet. Add your own greeting.

Cut out backing paper cup163594_359 and fixed to front of card with d/s tape. Printed out ballerina onto white card and just cut out the ballerina pieces. I decoupaged these pieces and attached to the card front with foam pads.
I attached the sentiment tab (with gold peeloff) with foam pads and placed gold borders around the picture to finish.
I hope the designer doesn't mind me using just one element of her lovely sheet.
