Wedding Day Bubbly PlateCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then cut it all out, i then mounted the stand and the plate onto some firm card stock,and cut around them,decoupaged up the card front ,and added silver hearts around the plate,makes a lovely card.
