Female Civil Wedding Plate SheetCompleted by Darlene Handorff

Oh Yes they are! Woman to woman and man to man marriages are now legal in Washington State USA. And here are the dresses they might wear. A plate card that is perfect for the newly wed women. I printed this plate pattern on a glossy photo paper and cut out the pieces. I ran around the plate with a gold gild first. Then added the top flowers decoupaged with dimensional foam, and the champagne glasses also. I glittered the dresses one in silver the other with gold and added them with dimensional foam. I positioned the Ministers book with dimension lower to allow for the dresses.

The bouquets were placed as if being held by the brides as they would not be seen otherwise by my positioning. Final item the Congratulations was added.
