Boudoir Chic Plate SheetCompleted by Karen Cogan

I printed this sheet on to white card & cut out the background plate & stand. There is loads of decoupage elements for this so once I'd decided which ones I would use I cut them out.

I then built up the decoupage using 1mm & 2mm foam pads to make some areas appear to stand out further than others.

A lovely card for a female friend or relative.
