I printed off the images onto a good quality card and cut out. I then printed the larger image sized A5 onto a sheet of vellum. Firstly I laminated the larger cut out image and the stand, and then using silicone glue built the decoupage layers and left to dry.

Whilst drying I trimmed the vellum sheet, leaving the back side longer than the front. I then punched the back edge with a scallop punch and scored to form a protective wrap for the plate.

I decorated the wrap with borders, ribbons and peel offs. I then attached a matching bow to the plate. A lovely design any Mum would be delighted to receive.
