I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the stand to the card with double sided tape and then attached the plate on top of this using thin foam tape.

I attached the extra decoupage pieces to the card using thin foam tape.
