The Big 50/birthday Wine Book Plate SheetCompleted by Karen Faulds

I cut out all the elements except for the stand which I have not used. I mounted the base onto a piece of brown paper and then cut around it leaving a border of about a half centimetre.

This was stuck onto an A5 tentfold white card.

I layered up the decoupaged elements with foam squares and used a rub-on birthday greeting on the small label.
