The Big 40/birthday Wine Book Plate SheetCompleted by Maxine Jones

I printed the sheet on to quality card stock and cut it out. I added the decoupage pieces and put the book on the stand. This sheet makes a great men's 40th birthday card really quockly and easily and it makes a great kepsake of the day.
