I printed the sheet out twice as instructed onto smooth decoupage card and cut out. I scored and folded where indicated and then stuck the second sheet onto the bottom of the first sheet and then folded in the flaps.

I added a peel off sentiment, some buttons and some gems to embellish (on both sides).
