I traced the floral border using Tinta Gold ink on the right side of the parchment. Then I used the small Star Embossing Tool on the middle of the flowers.

On the back I coloured in the leaves and flowers before using a small Ball Tool to emboss them.

The letter was then traced, again using Gold Tinta ink, before perforating with a single needle tool at top and bottom of letter, colouring the leaves and embossing as on the border.

I finished it off by using the two needle tool to perforate around the border. Cut a green card (used letter size) and stuck the parchment on the back of the card, then added the Birthday greetings peel off.
