How I made this sample:-

1.Trace the image onto Parchment

2.Coloured from front using Polychromos Pencils (these are excellent for blending).

3.I then picked out certain areas and blended with a Splender Blender Pencil (This is a sort of wax, it gives a glossy finish) the more you blend the more gloss you get.

4.I used a glue and green dorso crayon on reverse and blended to give a soft shade on front

5.Use a scribe tool to pick out the fur trim on the coat and hat.

6.Small shader tool is ideal for showing the shade areas in the coat.

7.Small ball tool to pick out the centre of some flowers and highlight some edges of the leaves.

8.Perforate using a Bold Scallop tool.

9.Embellish as required.
