After tracing the main image onto regular parchment paper I used the semi circle and wave tools around the top edge of the sleigh and bottom edge of the card.
I then did all the embossing, gridwork, stippling and cutting before adding the blue fantasy parchment insert.

This 7"x5" card is made from regular parchment paper with blue fantasy parchment for the insert. With lots of embossing, perforating and cutting this is one for the more experienced parcher.
