Art Deco Panels Lady in RedCompleted by Susan James
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female Vintage
I printed and cut out the panel and the lady. I used a theatre card blank from my stock, decorated it with blue/pink shimmer paper. I fixed the art deco panel to the front of the card and decoupaged the lady.
I added red/gold peel off corners and borders for effect.
