I started out by cutting out the card front and the panels, very easy to cut as they are all straight lines.
I then layered my panels using sticky foam pads.
I added a red glittery ribbon across the bottom of the panels and added a matching bow in the top corner.
I finished off by adding the sentiment over the ribbon and attached the whole thing to a cream a5 card
