I used a white card and added gold ribbon down the centre over which I stuck some cream card with the base image attached.

I added the panels with silicone glue. The Happy Birthday sentiment was attached with foam pads and the 2 butterflies were added with crafters glue.

A quick and easy card with endless possibilities.
