I printed the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.
I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a red feather & used foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a matt gold textured card & then matted a CUP backing paper onto.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & sued Star Dust, Diamond & Fruit Punch stickles to add some sparkle.
Printed out on to glossy card and cut out all elements. Made an easel card in the same shape as topper, decoupaged topper, added a background to the base and attached a stopper and sentiment.
Also made a tag out of one of the elements.
