I printed off the sheet and cut out the various parts, then stuck the base image onto square white heavyweight cardstock.

I then stuck the central squares and the 4 triangles on, finishing off with 4 adhesive pink gems placed onto the corner triangles, and used the Mother's Day Greeting (which as you can see, went on slightly skewed but that's half the joy of a handmade card!!).

This is an extremely simple card to make - certainly could be done in under 15 minutes by even a novice.
