I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panels and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a layer of red textured card and added to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, I completed with glitter to the black shoe and a pearl on the white shoe, sure to please all the shoe lovers.
