I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I decided that, as this image is suitable for a man, I wanted to keep the card simple with no added embelishments, so I simply took a plain white, tent fold, card a little larger than the base image and stuck the image directly to it.

I built up each of the layers in turn sticking them in place with 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
