I firstly added Happy birthday sentiment to one of the tags using a photo editing programme and then printed it out onto white card. i used a DL card blank and attached just the bottom half of the background to the card blank, i used the wine topper to make up the rest of the DL blank and cut away the white that was showing at the top, i mounted the decoupage layers using foam pads
