I printed this sheet onto good quality cardstock then cut out and folded accordingly. I decoupaged the elements on the front of the card then attached the extra square piece to the inside of the card and decoupaged the cup and saucer.

The image was printed on 250gsm smooth white card. The decoupage elements were added using glue gel and the insert attached using wet glue.
