Printed on matte photo paper. I used spray adhesive to mount the base panel to some lightweight white paper with pale blue polka dots for a pretty backing that would be light enough to write on.

After it was dry, I cut, scored and folded it, then mounted the second large panel with DST (only on the bottom half).

I used 3 of the decoupage elements and attached them with silicone, added a pretty blue bow, and voila! So sweet!
