Love and RomanceCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I trimmed the card to allow the flowers and the heart at the top of the design to be over the edge.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
