Halloween Witch on a BroomCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I printed out two copies of this file, one on card stock and one on decoupage paper. I cut the card out and cut around the top of the circle and folded where indicated.

I cut the pumpkins from the second copy and stuck them on with sticky tabs and put a ghost on with sticky tabs.
