I printed the sheet onto glossy paper and cut out the elements. For added strength I glued the main section onto green card. I attached the decoupage layers with foam pads. The sentiment panel was attached to the card using a hole punch and green brad.
To finish I highlighted the edges of the ribbon with glitter glue.
