This is a simple card to make.

Simply cut out the card, fold gently in half to get your cutting line for the framed rose, then cut around the top edge making sure you leave the card joined at each side, Then cut the seperate framed rose and decoupage onto the card with sticky foam pads, Then add your greeting.
