Pretty Roses and Butterflies Over the Top Large CardCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper. I punched a lacy border on some "stash" paper and mounted it on a white card, then attached the base image (which I cut slightly narrower to fit my card) with DST.

I cut out and attached the decoupage pieces with silicone, added a border from cup346342_1571, and just a bit of glitter on the tiny flowers around the roses.

I used another cup346342_1571 border inside the card as well as the single rose cutout. Such a pretty, feminine design!
