Periwinkle Floral Over the Top CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I cut out the base and folded it as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the panel to the base using double sided tape.

I added glitter to the centre of the flowers to enhance this lovely design. A greeting can be added to the yellow ribbon when required.
