I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I attached the topper to my card with silicone glue and added the decoupage layers. I finally added the greeting and I will cover it in glitter to finish it off.
This sheet makes a pretty pink birthday or Mothers day card and can be easily resized to make a smaller card.
