Queen of the Green Crown Bowling Over the Edge

I printed the sheet onto lightweight 160gsm card and cut out all the elements. I stuck the base image onto a square card blank and cut away the right edge around the letters, adding a strip of light green pearlised paper to the revealed card back.
I added the decoupage layers using a gel glue and finished off with a glaze to the lenses of the 'Queen's' spectacles.
Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape and PVA glue. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added star gems.
