This is a very sweet design either to give to a young girl or for a young girl to give her mum or grandma.

I cut down the card blank and used a punch along the bottem edge to compliment the scalloped base of the design.

I used pale blue crystals in the centre of the punched scallops. Decoupage done using dimensional glue.
