I printed this out onto card stock and cut out the pieces. I used foam pads to assemble. I added sparkle stickers for buttons and on her shoes and added a flower gem for a brooch.
I used glitter glue around the oval so onto of the black it dried looking green and sparkly. Still very pretty.
