I printed the sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads. I mounted the topper onto a c6 card blank then trimmed down the overlapping card blank so that the card will fit a DL envelope.

To embellish the card I used glitter and gems. This is such an easy card to make and looks super made up.
