I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I printed design Confetti & Balloons Background, cUp 56659_96 onto white card and made an easel from it. I attached the design to this.

I made a stopper using Word and attached this to the base to support the design on the easel.
